fairqq Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "fairqq" means the online gaming and betting platform accessible at https://fairqq.cam, operated under international gaming licenses.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on the fairqq platform and places wagers.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated gaming and betting services offered by fairqq.

• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of winnings from a Player's fairqq account balance back to the Player's selected payment method.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by international AML regulations.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or loyalty reward credited to a Player's account.

By registering an account with fairqq, you confirm and warrant that you:

• Are a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. You must provide valid government-issued identification (KTP Nasional) during the KYC verification process to confirm your age and identity.
• Agree that online gambling participation is your personal decision and that you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Are of sound mind and not suffering from any condition that impairs your ability to make independent, rational decisions regarding gambling.
• Will provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and will keep this information up to date.
• Are not an employee, director, relative, or agent of fairqq, or of any affiliated entity, or of a licensed third-party provider of fairqq games.

fairqq reserves the right to refuse to open an account, close an existing account, or void any wagers if a Player fails to meet the eligibility criteria above, or if fairqq reasonably suspects that a Player is misrepresenting their eligibility.

Age restriction: fairqq strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement. If fairqq discovers that a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, any deposited funds refunded (subject to applicable law), and all wagers and winnings deemed void.

To use the fairqq platform, you must create a personal Player account. You agree to the following:

• You will create exactly one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to create duplicate accounts may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You will provide a valid email address, phone number, and other requested personal details. All information must be accurate and consistent with your official identification documents.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You accept full responsibility for all activity on your account, including any wagers placed and any withdrawals requested.
• You will complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process within 30 days of registration, providing the required documents: a copy of your KTP (Indonesian National ID card), a recent selfie, and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months).
• You agree to cooperate with fairqq's security team for any additional identity verification requested.
• If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify fairqq support immediately at [email protected].

fairqq reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in violation of these provisions, pending investigation.

All monetary transactions on the fairqq platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 for bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or Bank Danamon; Rp 25.000 for e-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, or GoPay.
• Maximum deposit: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction for bank transfers; Rp 10.000.000 per transaction for e-wallets. Higher limits may be approved for verified VIP players.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once payment is confirmed. Bank transfers are typically processed within 5 minutes to 3 hours depending on the bank and time of day (WIB timezone).

• fairqq does not charge deposit fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposits, where possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals requested by unverified accounts will be placed on hold pending verification.
• Processing time: most withdrawals are completed within 1–24 hours during business days (WIB). Larger withdrawals or first-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to additional security checks. Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Withdrawal limits may apply based on your loyalty tier. Gold tier members enjoy priority processing.
• fairqq may require additional verification documentation (e.g., proof of payment method ownership) before processing certain withdrawals.
• fairqq reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.

fairqq offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply:

• Unless stated otherwise, each bonus is available to eligible Players once per account. Multiple accounts, family accounts, or accounts with shared IP addresses, devices, or payment details are not eligible for bonuses.
• Wagering requirements: most bonuses require the Player to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (typically 20x–40x) before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus with 30x wagering requires total bets of Rp 15.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. The specific contribution rates are detailed on the promotional page.

Where a promotional section on the fairqq site contains conflicting terms, the specific promotional terms published for that offer will prevail unless they are inconsistent with these base Terms & Conditions, in which case these base Terms shall apply.

The following rules apply to all wagers and games placed on the fairqq platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fairqq does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• fairqq reserves the right to void any bet where a clear and obvious error has occurred, including but not limited to incorrect odds, technical malfunctions, or data feed errors. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
• For sports betting markets — including bandar bola (football bookmaking), Asian handicap (voor bola), and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — the result shall be determined in accordance with the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, BRI Liga 1 match officials, or the organizing body of the Piala AFF).

• Any Player found to be using software, bots, or artificial means to gain an unfair advantage will have their account suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fairqq's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the platform, or any game or bet shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fairqq expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of your use of, or inability to access, the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, server failures, third-party network issues, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or pandemic).
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, banks (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallets such as OVO or GoPay), or telecommunications providers that delay or prevent transactions.
• Any losses suffered as a result of unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of the fairqq platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform.

For disputes relating to the fairness of a specific game outcome, fairqq may refer the matter to the independent third-party auditor responsible for certifying that game's RNG, whose decision shall be final and binding.
